Victoria Place General Information

Victoria Place is a very desirable lake front community of 215 homes located just 5 minutes south of Bobcaygeon (and 15 minutes east of Lindsay) off Pigeon Lake Road.
This community was built by the same developer (Reynolds) who later started the Port 32 development in Bobcaygeon. The spacious brick homes are laid out on half acre or larger lots individually owned and set within a park like setting of communal grounds.
There is a community water system laid on, maintained and billed by the City of Kawartha Lakes (metered and billed per quarter). Most homes have the garden irrigation system installed which supplies 8 hours of lake water a day in season for garden watering purposes at a cost of $100 per year.
Each house has its own individual septic system.
The common grounds, including a few thousand feet of waterfront, harbors and beaches are immaculately maintained by the residents association for which currently an annual fee of $500 is paid by all owners.
Ownership here includes use of the several acres of prime Pigeon Lake waterfront where you can have your own dock (in protected harbors), exclusive use of the 2 pristine swimming beaches, picnic areas and nature trails.
The Victoria Place Clubhouse is also for the exclusive use of all property owners for card games, dances, meetings and recreational events (active all year round). Within the Clubhouse grounds you’ll find an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, regulation size lawn bowling green, 3 shuffleboard courts, driving range.
In short Victoria Place offers a complete lifestyle geared towards active adults/retirees as well as wonderful homes in one of the friendliest communities around.
